Our Pilates classes at the Physio Practice: Nottingham are ran in the Beeston / Toton area.
We provide small, friendly classes which are instructed by a Charted Physiotherapist specifically designed to give you the motivation, exercises and advice you need to create the healthier you.

We want you to feel stronger and more confident to do the things you want to do.

Our aim is to create a relaxed environment with other people just like you to help you reach your goal.
We currently hold Beginners groups suited to those who are:

  • Complete – Semi Beginner
  • Pilates Enthusiasts

What is Pilates?

The Pilates exercise method is growing in popularity in both the exercise and medical world.

Pilates includes a series of mat based exercises which aims to develop weakened muscles and lengthen any stiff areas which may be causing you discomfort.

You will learn to control and firm up areas of your body in order to look and feel great.

The advantage of Pilates is that it puts little strain on your joints and can be easily tailored to your level.

A class environment also offers an immediate support network and motivation – two areas which are usually lacking but are the key factors to success in exercise.

x1 Session per week for 6 weeks for £48 (working out as £8 per session)
x2 Sessions per week for 6 weeks for £78 (working out as £6.50 per session)
